Missing Play Money chips purchase

If you have not received the Play Money chips for your purchase, send us a screen capture of the proof of payment for the purchase in question.

Depending on the platform you made the purchase on and the payment method you used, your proof of payment document can be one of the following:

  • Credit card or bank statement or eWallet account purchase history
    • Open your online banking or eWallet account, go to your previous transactions and take a screen capture of the purchase/debit in question.
  • Play Store purchase history
    • Visit the Google Play Store app on your mobile device, open your purchase history and take a screen capture of the purchase in question.

  • App Store purchase history
    • Visit the App Store on your iPhone or iPad, open your purchase history and take a screen capture of the purchase in question.

You can upload the screen capture directly using our Contact Support form. Simply log in to your Stars Account and choose HelpContact Us to find the form on our desktop software. If you are using our mobile app, open the menu (Android) or More (iOS) and select Settings & Tools → Support → Contact Support.

IMPORTANT!
Partially mask any full credit card or bank account numbers on your screen capture or we will not be able to process it and instead, it will be deleted.

  1. Card numbers: Block all digits except the first 6 and last 4. Eg. 444444******4444
  2. IBANs: Block all characters except the first 2 letters and last 4 digits. Eg. XX******************1234
  3. All other numbers: Block all digits except the first 1 and last 4. Eg. 7*****7777
